Spider Mist

In the early golden dawn before sunrise, we walked our usual route up Whites Road and found the lowlands of the Serpentine wrapped in mist, as if trapped in a giant spider’s web.

As soon as the sun popped over the horizon the mist simply evaporated into thin air.
